Refunds
We want to ensure you receive the items you ordered. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Non-Delivery Refund: If you do not receive your order within 30 days of your purchase date, please contact us at [email protected]. After verifying the delivery status, if the item cannot be confirmed as delivered, a full refund will be issued.
Damaged Items Refund: If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic proof of the damage. Once verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
